01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and DC666 ("dc666", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at dc666.cam, including all games, betting markets, promotions, support services and any related content made available through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the DC666 platform or accepting any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the DC666 platform.

DC666 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notice of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

02 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on DC666, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable licence jurisdiction;
• You are not accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee or representative of any third party;
• You do not hold more than one active account on the DC666 platform at any one time (duplicate accounts are prohibited);
• You have not previously been suspended, terminated or self-excluded from the DC666 platform or any associated platform operated under the same operator;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not depositing funds that are derived from criminal activity or that violate applicable anti-money-laundering legislation.

DC666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, proof of address or source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

04 Account Registration

Each User may hold only one registered account on DC666. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account termination.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You must notify DC666 promptly of any changes to your registration details. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Ensuring that your account is not accessed by any third party, including family members.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify DC666 support immediately at [email protected]. DC666 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account prior to notification.

05 User Conduct

By using the DC666 platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms or any automated systems to place bets, interact with games or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players or exploiting game bugs, errors or loopholes;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering or deceptive conduct in relation to your account or transactions;
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other users;
• Engaging in "bonus abuse" — including the systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner not consistent with their intended purpose;
• Conducting "matched betting" or "arbitrage betting" using DC666 promotions in a manner that eliminates risk;
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational entertainment;
• Posting abusive, defamatory or harassing communications in any chat or support channel.

DC666 reserves the right to investigate suspected misconduct, suspend access during an investigation and, where misconduct is confirmed, terminate the account and forfeit any associated balances.

06 Deposits & Payments

DC666 accepts deposits via the payment methods displayed in the cashier section at the time of your transaction. Payment method availability varies and is subject to change without prior notice. Familiar Pakistani payment rails — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced for contextual familiarity only. DC666 makes no representation that these providers support or endorse gambling transactions.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name;
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension;
• DC666 does not charge deposit fees as a rule, though your payment provider may apply its own charges — users should verify with their provider;
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. These limits are subject to change;
• DC666 operates in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) where supported. Where a currency conversion is required, the applicable rate will be displayed before confirmation.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible;
• DC666 reserves the right to request additional documentation (source of funds, identification) before processing a withdrawal;
• Withdrawals are subject to operator review and compliance checks. DC666 does not guarantee specific processing timelines — stated timeframes on the platform are illustrative and may vary;
• Any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be satisfied before withdrawing from your Bonus Balance or associated winnings;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier;
• DC666 reserves the right to apply transaction fees for certain withdrawal methods or in specific circumstances as disclosed in the cashier.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

DC666 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• One bonus per household / IP address / device: Unless DC666 explicitly permits otherwise, only one account per household, IP address or device is eligible for any given promotion;
• Wagering requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before withdrawal. The multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms;
• Maximum bet during bonus: Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings;
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Contribution percentages are stated per promotion;
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and unmet wagering requirements result in forfeiture of the bonus amount;
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or any other form of systematic gaming of the promotion will result in forfeiture and may lead to account termination;
• DC666 reserve the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

09 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on DC666 are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are binding once confirmed. Errors in stake entry or odds selection are the responsibility of the User;
• DC666 reserves the right to void bets in the event of technical errors, incorrect odds published due to human or system error, or market suspension;
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time. DC666 is not liable for connection interruptions during live betting events;
• Sports results are settled in accordance with the published settlement rules for each market. Results sourced from official governing bodies — including Cricket boards, PSL administration and relevant sporting authorities — take precedence;
• Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer outcomes. RTP percentages are theoretical averages over millions of rounds and do not represent guaranteed per-session returns;
• DC666 is not responsible for any financial loss arising from a User's choice of games, bet size, or strategy.

10 Responsible Gambling

DC666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If it becomes harmful to you or others, DC666 provides a range of tools and resources to help.

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from their account settings;
• Loss limits: Users may restrict their net losses over a defined period;
• Session time limits: Users may cap the duration of individual gaming sessions, with optional reality-check alerts;
• Cool-off periods: Users may take a temporary break from gambling of 24 hours up to six weeks;
• Self-exclusion: Users may permanently self-exclude from DC666. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible during the chosen exclusion period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the DC666 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game assets and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of DC666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any platform software or systems;
• Use DC666 trademarks, logos or branding without prior written authorisation;
• Scrape, crawl or use automated tools to extract data from the platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DC666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the DC666 platform;
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the platform;
• Interruptions, errors or delays in platform availability;
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Changes to promotions, odds, game availability or platform features;
• Any actions taken by third-party payment providers, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, in processing or declining transactions.

DC666's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or such other amount as required by applicable law.

13 Account Termination

DC666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The User has provided false or misleading registration information;
• The User is found to be a Prohibited User (including minors and persons in restricted jurisdictions);
• Fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity is suspected or confirmed;
• The account poses a regulatory, legal or reputational risk to the operator.

Upon account closure for breach, DC666 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonuses) will be returned through the original payment method where practicable.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its licence, as specified in the operator's licensing documentation. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

DC666 does not operate under, and does not claim authorisation from, any Pakistani regulatory body. Pakistani users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with applicable Pakistani law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

15 Amendments to These Terms

DC666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, DC666 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or platform notification. Where notice is provided, continued use of the platform after the effective date of the amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent review is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
